Dr. Todd Anderson is a licensed Chiropractic Doctor and Applied Kinesiologist based in Elk River, Minnesota. His purpose is to educate patients and break down the barriers that mainstream medicine places on true health, using functional nutrition, applied kinesiology, and a deep commitment to listening.
His path started in 2008, writing and developing training programs for athletes and bodybuilders, work that grew into a Masters in Nutrition and Human Performance. In chiropractic school at Logan University he discovered Systems Health Care, an approach that treats the body as one interconnected system rather than a list of isolated symptoms, and it became the cornerstone of his practice. As a senior intern at the Viscerosomatic Center in Chesterfield, Missouri, he earned the center’s Achievement Award for his clinical work, then practiced in Charleston, West Virginia before bringing his practice home to Elk River in 2021.
Dr. Anderson’s approach is individualized and results-driven. His patients consistently describe feeling genuinely heard, often for the first time, and experiencing meaningful change in weeks, not years.

Dr. Anna Payne is a licensed Chiropractic Doctor and Applied Kinesiologist based in Elk River, Minnesota. She combines applied kinesiology with functional health, addressing root causes, not just symptoms.
Dr. Payne is Webster Technique trained (ICPA) for prenatal and pediatric care, holds a 100-hour Applied Kinesiology certification, and has completed numerous advanced training seminars.
