We do not take insurance. We do however, give you a superbill so that your insurance company can reimburse you directly depending on your benefits. Our rates are time dependent and not motivated by a menu provided by an insurance company. No. Blood work can help find the cause of your problems. But, the doctor often can move forward without it depending on budget and necessity. During your first visit, he will discuss it based on your individual situation.

For new patients who are unable to wait, special circumstance appointments are available. Those patients can receive an earlier spot for an additional fee, roughly 1.5 times the standard cost. The special circumstance rate will expire following the length of the wait list skipped. If we move you up 1 month, you will resume the standard rate after that month.
