We do not take insurance. We do however, give you a superbill so that your insurance company can reimburse you directly depending on your benefits. Our rates are time dependent and not motivated by a menu provided by an insurance company. No. While blood work can be helpful in narrowing down potential suspects driving your problems – many times are able to establish a course of treatment with out it. On your initial visit it will be discussed depending on your individual situation.
For new patients who are unable to wait. Special circumstance appointments are available. There is an additional charge, but those patients are able to be seen as soon possible. The special circumstance rate will expire following the length of the wait list skipped. If you are moved up 1 month, then after that month you will resume the standard rate.
